Divisional Managers

SAN makes use of experienced Divisional Managers in all the sectors that it serves e.g. in the Mining sector we make use of ex-mining officials. They have years of mining experience in both the Mining (Conventional and Trackless) and Engineering disciplines. They are themselves Shift Supervisors, Mine Overseers HR Officers or suitably qualified Engineering personnel; they know what qualities to look for when they interview potential candidates.

Labour take over

We have extensive experience in taking over labour from clients or from other contractors in a relative short period. In late 2005 we managed a labour takeover for one of our Mining clients, we successfully transferred 2000 labourers from the clients books to ours in a 2 week period. That included medical examinations, induction, new contracts and training.
